    Strong said that the team is banned from using the Hook n Horns
    hand sign saying that they will get it back some day. Also the
    team has to walk to practice...But on a positive note all
    coaches doors will be open all the time....Strong is trying to change
    the culture in the horns locker room. Good luck coach because
    winning is all they think about in Austin.........

    This is like a mirror image of how fran ran things when he got to a&m. Playing the whole "changing the culture, weed em out" card.

    The only difference being Strong might actually be able to win some games considering the joke of a conference he's coaching in.
