The streak continues to I believe 24-0 ... Splitter is under-appreciated and if he plays enough to get 10 points Spurs have a good chance at winning [but agree not causative]

He's an efficient scorer. So when he gets 10+ points that's usually 5 easy baskets. Usually the team that gets easier baskets wins.

Statistical anomaly. Only one of those games was against elite compe ion ( vs Clippers) and CP3 didn't even play. I went out on the limb calling the Clips elite because nobody here thinks they are.

Seems like it's not anomalous, then.

The stat is a statistical anomaly. The fact he's done it against teams not named Houston, Miami, Indiana or OKC isn't.

Nah. After 24 games, it's FAR too unlikely that it's an anomaly (less than .001). There's definitely a correlation between Splitter's output and the team's success. But it may be in the other direction. That is to say, it may be that when the Spurs dominate a team inside, Splitter scores in double figures. It would take a lot of math to parse the details, but it's very unlikely to be a mere anomaly.

Thanks to Kasen for posting the highlights and to whoever out there makes game highlights for players. Much appreciated.

It's crazy how many layups players miss when Splitter is near them, although I certainly won't make the logical fallacy of suggesting Splitter being near them is related in any way.

I'm pretty sure they would have missed those layups anyway.
