Canaan is the only other PG they have on the roster. He has no choice but to play.

according to the top ten free agent point guards, their best options look like telfair, jamaal tinsley, eric mayor, pooh jeter, malcom lane or seth curry

I'd sign a SG over any of that tt. Gordon, or Hamilton.

haha experience isn't too bad.. but you need an experienced PG. we see how having a SG run the offense looked with Gary Neal/George Hill in the finals. Tinsley may not to be too horrible. Honestly I'd start em. Cuz Lin needs the ball in his hands to produce and he doesn't get enough touches with Harden/Howard/Parsons being in the starting rotation.

It is and I dont wish injury ... but "karma"?
Dont get me wrong Pat B played hard and I dont think he hurt Russ intentionally ... but he still shouldnt of dove at that dude like that.

As for Rox Lin for all the crap he gets is not bad as a backup.
Problem is now rox have an excuse when they fold in the playoffs.
With harden and Lin offensively the backcourt is fine on defense it will hurt.

Losing Beverley is a blow, but because Canaan has only played a few games. He can score, just don't know how his defense is. Beverley got torched by Paul, Parker, and Westbrook. We'll see I guess.

It was a stupid ing move to trade Brooks in hindsight. THe dude is dropping daggars and recording crazy assist numbers for the Nuggets.

If the rockets don't draw Portland in the 1st round, they could lose.

Brooks wasn't going to get any playing time with Lin And Beverley, which is what he wanted, and you can't predict injuries. Trading him wasn't necessarily the bad move itself, but trading him for Hamilton was. They needed a wing at the time since Garcia and Casspi were ass.

If we still had him, he and Lin would be splitting minutes. Yea and Hamilton is not nearly good enough either. Maybe we could start Harden at PG and move Parsons to SG, TJ to SF and DMO to PF?

    Also, obligatory :

Hamilton can play defense alright, which is what is needed. If Brooks were to be kept, it would be because no one else could score off the bench, and I'm sure he wasn't happy with not getting playing time.
