He's a and she's a passive-aggressive dumb .
Exactly
Are you familiar with passing lanes?
He's a and she's a passive-aggressive dumb .
Exactly
Looks like she was passing slower traffic, no? Any faster and she might've lost control of her....oh, wait.
That's not how a passing lane works. You only use the left lane when you are passing slower traffic. You then move back out of the left lane.
Yes, I understand. There are some boneheads that drive slow in the passing lane. I just go around them when the opportunity presents itself -- sans giving them the bird.
Exactly, it's not that serious.
He's at fault and deserves what he got for being a dumbass but doesn't mean she isn't a . Her equivalent karma in this case would've been getting a flat right after. I would be happy.
I can see you being the person that goes about 38 in a 40 with the mindset of "Well I'm in no hurry"
70 Does Not Always Mean 70
Remember that speed limits show the fastest speed you may drive under good conditions. You are responsible for adjusting your driving speed to the road conditions. For example, if the weather is bad or there is a lot of traffic, you must drive more slowly than the posted speed. The safe speed is the one that allows you to have complete control of your vehicle.
Please suck my balls and shut the up.
Reminds me of
Yama Hama! Fright Night.
I actually wanted to watch the vid, but it wouldn't play.
Nothing says safety like filming while driving
This wasn't a freeway. It was a roadway with left turn lanes, which means a smart person gets into the lane they want sooner rather than last minute.
It still doesn't excuse tailgating, or the guys rage.
Does Florida use those German autobahn laws on county roads that have left turn lanes?
Did you gather this information on Google maps? That is a two lane highway guy, access roads have 45 mph speed limits.
Didn't I see left turn lanes?
Please, show me the Florida law that requires you to drive in the right lane unless passing.
My eyes must be deceiving me. I could swear I saw at least one left turn lane.

First off, not sure how you took my post, but I never said there wasn't the occasional turning lane on the highway. Second, go ahead and review the sections regarding passing that specifically reference the correct procedure including moving back into the right lane after passing.

Highways can't have turn lanes? I can think of a couple by me, 31 and 259
Here you go dip , this might help you. Pulled from the State of Florida's website.
They can, it's just ST's resident expert on every subject known to man per his usual.
Did you know that a driving manual doesn't always follow the law? Suggestions for best driving, and what to pass on a test simply isn't always in law. I suggest you check the actually law to back you up.
I'm not the one asserting anything as fact like you are. You're the dip , and are too ignorant to realize it.
Look at your lame ass argument. You're stuck on the word "law" which I never used to begin with. It's rules of the road which I claimed from my original posts. What I posted more than supports my original posts, so go back, read again, and we'll go from there champ.
Also, since you want to talk law, check this out. According to Chapter 316, Section 081 per the Florida Senate:
316.081 Driving on right side of roadway; exceptions.—(1) Upon all roadways of sufficient width, a vehicle shall be driven upon the right half of the roadway, except as follows:(a) When overtaking and passing another vehicle proceeding in the same direction under the rules governing such movement;
(b) When an obstruction exists making it necessary to drive to the left of the center of the highway; provided any person so doing shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles traveling in the proper direction upon the unobstructed portion of the highway within such distance as to cons ute an immediate hazard;
(c) Upon a roadway divided into three marked lanes for traffic under the rules applicable thereon; or
(d) Upon a roadway designated and signposted for one-way traffic.
(2) Upon all roadways, any vehicle proceeding at less than the normal speed of traffic at the time and place and under the conditions then existing shall be driven in the right-hand lane then available for traffic or as close as practicable to the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway except when overtaking and passing another vehicle proceeding in the same direction or when preparing for a left turn at an intersection or into a private road or driveway.
(3) Upon any roadway having four or more lanes for moving traffic and providing for two-way movement of traffic, no vehicle shall be driven to the left of the centerline of the roadway, except when authorized by official traffic control devices designating certain lanes to the left side of the center of the roadway for use by traffic not otherwise permitted to use such lanes, or except as permitted under paragraph (1)(b). However, this subsection shall not be construed as prohibiting the crossing of the centerline in making a left turn into or from an alley, private road, or driveway.
(4) A violation of this section is a noncriminal traffic infraction, punishable as a moving violation as provided in chapter 318.
