Wonder who gets the start? Beli?
If Pop is planning on resting the Big 3 on B2B's it makes little sense to me to make them travel to Denver instead of resting them tomorrow. I mean, I guess getting the "extra" day off between the next game makes sense, but is it worth the travel?
No McNuggets pun?
I'm not as funny as Amused tbh.
Stay healthy and get the win.![]()
important game tonight tbh. The Pelicans are 9-1 in their last 10 and we're probably going without Manu/Duncan tomorrow. Have to secure the win tonight to avoid potential b2b losses and giving homecourt back to the Thunder.
edit: Peli's are 7-3 in their last 10, not 9-1
I had a feeling this was going to happen, but for some reason I bought tickets to tomorrows game anyways. now I gotta pay for the gamble.
Spurs - (big 4 and green) tomorrow vs Hornets![]()
agree, we must win this one there are some hard games coming against houston la and maybe indy, if okc lose some games the thing gets a lot easier.
even more time for Daye today
I think that Pop will try to keep all of his guys playing a little bit tonight and tomorrow night instead of a few playing big minutes tonight and none tomorrow.
These are the games when we find out if the extra playing time that our third stringers have been getting will help us play our second and third units as much or more than our starters. If they (third string) can keep us afloat against so-so teams, our big guns can coast until they are needed much more in the upcoming games against OKC, Indiana, Memphis, Warriors, etc. etc.
I wonder which one of these games Pop will throw to get the streak out of their minds.
Looks like Anthony Davis would be out for next game though. Ankle injury today.
Would be a huge boost to the Spurs' chances of winning tomorrow if true. Hopefully, he can fix his teeth as well if he missed an extended period of time.
Hopefully the starters can get out to a hot start and rest, then play tomorrow to keep the wins coming. The one seed isn't everything, but if you can play players minimum minutes, but let them build stamina and keep winning, that's a great thing to secure the one seed.
Just really have to keep an eye on Mozgov. His ability to spread the floor and hit the 3 ball is a huge asset.
Faried is sick?? He goes for 40 tonight
...this is sarcasm, right?
