This is surreal watching Daye. He's been so bad so far in the NBA. Spurs are like a magic potion for NBA players unless your name is Ayres.
In before Daye is the next Dirk/KD stopper.

If Daye adds some pounds (like 10-15), and just plays within himself, he can easily be a 10th/11th man on a roster. He can shoot from the wings(great asset for big men in today's PnR league) and he's long + tall.
Days is the next Kevin Durant!!![]()
He is the next Dirk/KD stopper.
always exceptions to the rule. plus I bet Ayres will be better next season....I hope at least.
We're on pace to score 130 pts lol.
can we drop 143 like the Wolves tonight![]()
Daye makes CoJo so much better
I'm very happy for Daye, honestly. His problems still persist though. He is 100% reliant on not only hitting his outside shot, but on others creating for him. It makes it tough to be consistent, but damn he's doing the most with his time so far overall![]()
11 for Daye, lol new +/- king?
Why is Diaw in the game? Is Pop trying to get him in shape?
Daye reminds me of a young larry bird, without the moustache...
Hopefully Ayres learns to catch the ball next season
I honestly believe Daye is a better defender in the keyway than Ayers despite being such a lightweight.
Typical Ayers defensive sequence --
1. Stands in the way with his hands up, mostly out of position
2. Gets bumped by opposition player and falls backwards out of position, no matter how soft the bump is.
3. A) commits foul during step 2, opposition player makes shot as well or B) opposition misses shot, Ayers provides zero second effort and continues to stand behind backboard with hands up, opposition gets OReb and scores
There is so much length with the current five on the court tbh
solid win, but I think Denver got hit with Al uditis, tbh...
