A host of factors can go into affecting per game stats. Pace. System. Rotation. Minutes.
And citing "playoff per game" les is probably one of the most re ed things you've ever done. A player could pad his stats on a bad team in the 1st round in a losing effort (like T-Mac in Orlando) and wind up with a "per game" le over a player who made a Finals run.
