is your client aware of the El Ocho spider?

    .
    That's just ing disturbing.

And I'd say none of them. Honestly, I'd be disappointed if they did

while I joke about Nono, i'm sure there are people associated with the organization or players on here. Daryl Morey admitted that GMs check out message boards, there are occasionally some interesting discussions. Now whether players or staff read all the excessive hate, race talk, etc....I don't know.
The spider actually opens the door for some marketing opportunities. We're already working with some publishers on a children book, an extremely lucrative market. You can't just pretend you're gonna sell tacos all your life, tbh...

I'm sure only the media relations team even checks out forums. Isn't there a spursdotcom user here that is legit?

Going by all the advice I gave to Pop - and he followed it - and improved the team -

I'd say Pop is a regular reader of Spurs-troll-talk.

Also - every time I called him out and was proven correct - it probably burned Pop - but he was man enough to realize I was 100% correct.

    Unfortunately for Pop - this still stands;

Can the Spurs win a le --- IN SPITE --- of Pop?

I'd say no at this point and I stand by my prediction that the next coach to school Pop in the playoffs will be Doc Rivers.

You read it here first . Pop read it here first. Sucks to have to say it - but I gotta call it like it is.

    Deal with it.

i agree that tacos will only get you so far. El Ocho could work as a children's book and toy tie-in, but it would have to be one of those kid products you don't see anymore, like REturn to Oz or Where the Wild Things Are, a fairy tale with very dark undertones. I do believe the story of El Ocho, that he received a gruesome appendage for every terrible turnover until he turned into a monster, could be a successful property, especially with the happy ending of St. Belinelli saving Ocho from his curse.

btw I'd like to thank the creator of this gif for making my sleep even worse.

You don't need a whole lot for the spanish martket, tbh... Look at Dora... some bull backstory about parents dying of starvation, then how the bad guy (the coyote, some cross-advertising possibilities here) actually has a soft side and takes Fabio and his Ocho spider across the border where they become multi-billionaires thanks to handouts and cozy government contracts... basically your cookie-cut mexican telenovela adapted for children... add some in-show advertising like Fabio always getting gas at Valero, and just sit back and watch the gold come in...

that's true, i'm trying to take Ocho into a more disturbing, Grimm view of the world's ugliness. But you're right, the Spanish market doesn't need that .

If any of the Aussies get on here they would have had a belly laugh about the Bogan thread last year. That was pretty funny. Wonder if David Stern got on to have a read of the $250,000 fine thread that went off that weekend. That was a
    biggin.
