My goodness. Some of y'all are to damn negative. It's ing Saturday relax.
Spurs real sign of strength and their real hope in the post season is going to be that Tony doesn't dominate and the team wins games because the rest of the team plays at a high level. That's how championships are won. A good team can shut down a good player, but it's hard to shut down a good team.

I was hoping that Manu who clangs FT's and lost confidence in his shot would not return this year and especially not at this time. He looks somewhat like last year right now and thats not good because we need him at the line late. Tony looks bad as well right now, thank GOD they are not losing games because of it and others have stepped up, but we will need them later.
BTWPanic Button after 16 game winning streak! WOW.
Hey...don't be bringing reason to the table. If someone wants to slit their wrist, it's a free country. Anyone think TP, Boris, and Manu just might get a bit tired now and again. If most anyone of us played five minutes in an NBA game we would likely need an ambulance. Well, I'll speak for myself at least! Tonight TP, Tim, Manu, Green, and hopefully Boris will probably rest a lot of the game if not all of it.
oh hater is being pessimistic? cool
is tp really coasting tho?
spurs arent going anywhere with him being 70% healthy
Spurs basketball is a dynamic organism. It doesn't depend on any one player.
He just looks really bored by the compe ion, tbh.
He'll be fine.at the cliffdivers.
Cant not play international ball too. Its a bunch of BS. Manu took the summer off and hes way better this year but now Parker's dragging. Why does an international player his team by not resting. Pisses me off.
Tony Parker is just not mentally engaged. That's why we struggled against elite teams earlier in the season, like Miami these guys are really coasting until post season. They have some unfinished business.
TP averaging a cool 5 points, 4 ast, 2 TO's on 29% shooting over his last 3 games..
This has become disturbing to me. I have never before been overly concerned about Tony, but I am getting that way. I could go along with the 'mentally disengaged' label if it weren't for his shots in the last few games.
I could (and have) gone along with the "pop's trying a different method of getting the ball up the court to back teams off Tony during the playoffs", but then when he HAS taken the few shots he has attempted, I would have expected them to go into the net. They haven't, and they haven't looked good in the misses.
Tony has played four fewer seasons that Tim has played, and he is what, 6 years younger than TIm? But for all of those years, he has run further and run faster than Tim during every single game, because that is the way the offense is set up. I am beginning to wonder if all the years and all the running aren't running him down more than we imagined. He never wants to NOT play, but he is definitely not playing well on offense of late. He is better on defense than he was earlier in the year.
I don't know what is going on…but I bet that Pop knows.
He's now also shooting below 50% for the season, what was that rule again that predicts when players' production decrease all of a sudden...
Are you ing kidding me? No wonder TimVP doesn't post in here anymore...its overrun by dip s. 17 in a row and 56-16. You suck.
Don't mean , tbh. OKC went in raw and won 4 straight when the Spurs looked unbeatable.
Damn Sportscenter... they have an upcoming topic "Spurs suffer loss" and I'm sweating in anticipation for how bad the news is, and it's the Goddamn Tottenham Hotspurs, who lost to Liverpool, 4-0 today.
Seriously. I went to like every NBA site to see what the happened before the segment finally aired.
This is why people hate soccer.
I think this is Pop's last time to redeem himself. Having the best team in the regular season just to lose in the playoffs doesn't help your legacy.
I hope he'll explain what is wrong in his show tonight
The less we count on Parker, the better. Last year's team relied on him way too much and he folded in game 7.
Parker will show up when we need him...depending on who we play in the first round we should sit him. Wishful thinking but we are not going anywhere without our boy. I think we saw that miami can't stop a healthy parker, and I think this year he's going to give OKC fits. Sure the're bigs cancel out TP, but I just feel this year TP has a huge chip on his shoulder. , all the Spurs have one, and that's something no other WC playff team has.
