Officiating Memos -- more post-Stern transparency?

The league has published recent memos to officials, coaches, and teams about particular points of emphasis in officiating. The memos include specific instances in which officials missed calls.

Should be an interesting conversation point.

Not sure it will really make a difference in the big picture, but I like the idea. The more transparent they can make the officiating, the better. And this is a of a lot better then the NBA just occasionally coming out with "Sorry we missed that call, but you're ed anyways" memos.
