Whoa, wait. . “@RedskinsRich: "@RashadShakib45: Rumor has it a deal has been reached D.Jax to the WSH for 3 years 38 million"
redskins
Better be bull .
i thought he was just having dinner with the coaching staff tonight... ah well. 3 years 38 mil is rdiculous. id rather not have him than have him at that salary
It better be bull or this is just another same ol redskins signing
They haven't given out a re ed contract in a while since haynesworth
crazy. well congrats on winning the DJax sweepstakes, i guess Watkins is still in the cards at #5 overall
Still not done yet bro. The longer this drags on the better for y'all IMO

Jackson's agent was expected to leave tomorrow but will stay...most likely until Wednesday. Redskins and DJax want this to work per sources.
even before the visit we knew he'd be there for two days.
how can they put together 3 years 38 mil though... get Chinook in here![]()
I think the 3/38 is complete bull from randoms on twitter. Allen hasn't even met with him yet so how can there be a deal proposal
Looks like he is partying with Pierre and d hall https://mobile.twitter.com/DMVHypeMa...ame=DMVHypeMan
yeah that's why this caught me off guard... tonight was supposed to be dinner with some coaches, and they agreed to terms? lol
No more than a $6 Million signing bonus. He'd obviously get the max $7M up front, and probably a second year guarantee. No way to avoid huge cap allocations in 2015 and 2016, though. Obviously either that report is crap or the Skins are making more space. My guess is Jackson wants ay least the $10M in year 1 he would have earned with the Eagles. Unless the Skins make room, they'd have to give him at least a five-year contract to make that happen.
One thing to note is that the Redskins will have a tiny rookie cap this season (maybe less than $2M), since they lack their first-rounder. I don't know if they are planning on making any June 1 cuts, but they probably only need to have about $4M to spend on rookies/PS/IR.
if im not mistaken at this stage u cant pass the cap anymore. they'd have to make the necessary cuts before giving jackson a deal if its going to be a cap issue
ESPN 980 @ESPNRadio980 43s
One source on DeSean Jackson tells @ESPNRadio980 it is "pretty much done." Hearing from some1 w/knowledge "deal will get completed tomorrow"
Honestly, just take him. this story has me way too tired. raider nation gave it their all... i just hope the contract u guys give him is silly so i wont feel as bad about it![]()
Te ally, no. You have 24 hours to get back under. But I meant the team could work out the contract and then make their moves before officially signing Jackson.
TomCBlock @tomcblock 57s
Source has told me that DeSean Jackson did verbally commit to at least one player last night his intention to sign in Washington #Redskins
Source also added that the access to Wale actually was very helpful as funny as it may sound re DeSean Jackson #redskins
“@AlbertBreer: DeSean Jackson's out to breakfast now with Skins officials. After that, they'll head to Redskins Park. Obviously, mutual interest is strong.”
glad to know he's having breakfast, as opposed to a hunger strike
Yeah it's almost stalking crofl
This from the best source we have on raiderfans.net. I trust his posts more than any reporter speculating tbh
Sources close to Raiderfans.net are reporting that many within the Raiders organization feel that Desean Jackson will sign a long-term contract with the Redskins soon. The Raiders are still pursing Jackson, but as of 8:00am this morning (PST), it appears he is favoring a deal with Washington.
More news as we hear it...

Per source: San Francisco has now thrown their hat in the ring for DeSean Jackson. #Redskins #49ers

Redskins source: "If DeSean Jackson gets on the plane...its going to be hard to sign him. He's at the Park now. They can't let him leave"
