a female freind of mine. i wanted to see for myself what its all about its pricey at 100.00 a month. but there are no gay treadmills or eleptical machines or machine weights. all free weights. Its easy to go to a gym and quit when you have ty will power like me lol. but when you're in a class enviroment boot camp you get pushed. i see the cult followings on facebook all the time and thought they were idiots for paying so much cash. after 1 workout im sold. i havnt been this sore since i was a teenager doing two-a-days in high school. IM serious i cant even move today. i keep this up for 4-6 months and i think ill be in the best shape of my life. it doesnt hurt that all the females in the class have sexy bodies i think im the only chubby er in there. lol well see how long i can last it was challening. apparently they do different types of workouts every day.
I'm going to add this one to my forearms day. Now I just need to find two guys to lift me.

just yesterday I seen a dude workout using some kind of tube and pretending it's a bazooka. that's it, that was his exercise

next we will have some crossfit re s squat on top of a dildo and call it the best exercise since the push up

No wonder crossfitters are perpetually injured. You know, you aren't fit if you're injured, tbh... If you're always feeling sore and breaking crap all the time, maybe you should try something else.
How are these crossfitters going to feel in 20 years once they've burned out and/or had to bow out due to a serious injury? They're going to be in tons of pain as all of their past injuries come back to haunt them!
