Thunder. I just don't buy this Clipper team as a legit contender.
Who wins this potential 2nd round heavyweight matchup, tbh?..
Thunder. I just don't buy this Clipper team as a legit contender.
I'd say the Clippers. They thrive on closing out mentally weak opponents, and if Westbrook is healthy, it plays into their hands
If both teams are healthy, Clippers. As is, prolly the Thunderefs.
At very least, I think we can give them a tough series, and definitely have a good chance to beat them, tbh.... it helps that Brooks is such a coach and Westbrook tends to try too hard when he plays in LA....
unlikely
The Thunder are forced to play Perk against them since both Griffin/Jordan are athletic enough to keep up with a smallball lineup. That's 4 v 5 right there.
The fact that Brooks calls Caron Butler isos on the regular also kills OKC tbh
Home court and the inevitable parade to the FT line might be enough to push the Thunder into the WCF but it'll be a great series IMO
We might need the greatest flops of CP3's career to counteract the Durbeta whistlefest, tbh![]()
don't have to worry about that. Clippers come from the Nicholas Cage and kabuki theater tradition of acting.
Clippers match up well with them.. and I think they take it in 6 or 7. I had a long quote about it in a thread not too long ago... but it's on like the 2nd or 3rd page..
at Scott Brooks calling plays..
hopefully clippers get either warriors or memphis in the first round, they have alot of bad blood between them....if it goes to 7 games, then good for the other teams waiting for them in the next round
Gun to my head, us in 7 games. The Clippers matchup well with us and Brooks will continue to stand by while this team has no true coaching leader on the bench nor any semblance of an offensive system when gets real. We'll have to get by with the greatness of Kevin and Russ.
pull the trigger got
the meltdown extends to another thread
Are Sefolosha and Perk gonna be back for the playoffs? haven't heard much about it. I think OKC are going to need those guys.
Probably is thabos contract year so they're just devalueing him
Normally i'd say OKC without hesitation..... but they've been underwhelming lately. LAC look like the real deal this year..... only because Blake G. has made that jump we all anticipated him eventually making.
Both should be back by next week.
