Seeing it Saturday. I actually didn't mind the first one at all. Not the best "superhero movie" but I thought it was an entertaining movie. Hope the second one doesn't disappoint

just saw it; pretty good movie iirc. gary shandling has really let himself go, must be all that hydra he's in. and I do wish the nerds in the audience would shut the up. one got kept laughing at the stupidest or any time they referenced another of the marvel movies. we get it, you're a sucker. no need to announce it to the world.

Yes but did you let out a HUGE loud belly laugh when the mentioned that Iron Man got a close up look at the helicarrier's engines? it was loud, he was by himself, and it was embarrassing enough that he didn't make another peep until the "left" joke Steve made at the end in the hospital.
I have a feeling the 3rd CA movie will have a Spider-man 3 twist to it especially with the Bucky/Rogers relationship. Still, this was a good movie.

it was pretty good tbh. I think this was the most she's been on screen in any marvel movie. I think they tried to hard to make Goddess relevant in The Avengers, having her help fight off an army with her pussy 9mm gl
I kind of want to see this in theaters. Like I said before, the first movie squandered its potential in the second half. This is one of the few Marvel Studios movies I am eager to see, besides Ant-Man, and I only want to see Ant-Man because Edgar Wright is directing it.

Okay, I decided to sit through Thor 2, and holy , is Marvel Studios sleepwalking through these movies, or is it me? It seems like the most passable script was chosen for this film. It seems like Thor 2 served only as a tie in like every movie since Iron Man. The villain was completely forgettable. Tom Hiddleston was entertaining, but he seems like a subs ute for Magneto. He plays some tricks, pretends to be dead, and continues on till the next movie.
I still want to see Winter Soldier, though. It's a damn shame that Spider-Man and the X-Men can't be in The Avengers. Wolverine and Spider-Man would make Marvel Studios so much more money.
Elric of Melniborn, if done right would be the best of the pulp fiction/comic book movies.
Never warmed up to Captain America and am into the comic book hero thing.
can't wait to see the first avengers film featuring black widow herself, tbh. CA2 is good (I assume so, though haven't watched it yet) but CA himself is probably the tiest character of the avengers team tbh, though Chris Evans is a handsome dude and a good actor imho.

Best Marvel Studios movie (maybe the best Marvel movie period). While the first movie squandered it's potential on goofy , this one hit the ground running and never stopped. The action was good, SHIELD was actually interesting for once, and the Winter Soldier kicked ass. The mid-credit scene was good, too.
Gary Shandling looked like he'd been dead in a lake for a few days. Jesus Christ.
You'd think Disney would've sent over a personal chef to make healthy for him so he wouldn't look like a bloated corpse in that suit
