yeah i got tats on my legs, yeah they're spurs and yeah they're on my calves... we've gone over this yrs ago and yet it's still being brought up like a bad joke. it's in' old man and you think it gets to me when you say the bs you do? you think it gets to me especially coming from some chump off the internet? come on now man... i didn't get these tats because i thought i'd shrivel up into a ball and hide when someone put me down about my decision to tat my calves up with spurs, i got these tats because i wanted to, because i like them and because i could give 2 s less about some made chump on the internet.

Especially by Mexicans in SA. They focus only on upper body and arms, they ignore legs and never wear chorts because of it. They all claim they blew out a knee doing squats.
Mexicans are a race of sturdy laborers, I wouldn't believe they blew out a knee squatting under 495lbs. You would injure your back before injuring your knee.

Out of sheer laziness, the legs are your largest muscle group and require the most effort. It's fun to work on your bicep because you hardly have to do anything at all to work the muscle. When we hate leg days, we hate having to dedicate all our energy towards one group of muscles while you can easily couple chest & arms together and have enough energy to run a mile.

Well, that's part of it. The other part is that deep down we know that our chest/arms are the first area that other people are going to look at. Not many people are going to stare at a guy's legs and be impressed unless the dude is absolutely jacked. There's definitely more of a visual reward when you smash the upper body.
Also, I don't feel like throwing up after arm day like I do after leg day, which is right now. Ugh.
Skipping leg day will have you looking like Vin Diesel.

It's true that upper body muscles get noticed more often as men do not usually wear mid-thigh shorts to show their developed leg muscles out of fear of being called a sexual. Drink less water, you won't feel like throwing up - squats + excess hydration will make you feel somewhat nauseous.
Eh. Some dudes just don't have big legs. Look at Jon Jones. He works out constantly (obviously) and his legs are fairly small.
