Absolutely...I want him to beat his g/f before the draft so he falls to us at 9.
www.draftbreakdown.com is an incredible tool. choose a player, and it gives you a ton of their college tape. the guy is a man among boys...
the thing about Mack is he can do virtually everything well. He can take on blockers, he's stout against the run, he's a dynamic pussrusher, and he's really good in coverage. the last time i remember such a do-it-all prospect was actually Aaron Curry, although Curry was never a great passrusher. Curry sucked in the pros for the most part, but as far as prospects go, he's the last one i can think of that had such a wide skillset coming out

Missing piece of the puzzle, tbh.
The Panthers are expected to sign TE Ed son from the Ravens. So now, they can't even rely on clutch catches.
Inb4 "I like this signing"
Panthers are gonna go undefeated...boiiiii
Are the Panthers purposely trying to be stupid this offseason? Each move more dumbfounding than the last
Love the signing. He is perfect to be behind our front seven.
this
Ask any Falcons fan, they all say DeCoud is hot trash.... bad in coverage, terrible tackler, overcelebrates when he manages to not up routine plays
Of course, you'll say you "love" the signing of any bum off the streets because you're a homer - but when once again underachieves next year, you'll be screaming to fire the GM![]()
the Falcons were injury-plagued all year on both sides of the ball. They are an above average squad, as evidence from the past few years. I know because they are in our division and I catch most of their games. Stop acting like you know what you are talking about.
DeCoud was a pro-bowler in 2012 and racked up like 15 INT's in the past two years. Not too shabby. Besides, he had a terrible front seven in ATL.. We have the best front seven in the league and made players like Mike Mitc and Captain look above average.
Sure, Roman Harper is a horrible signing.. but DeCoub is not.
Falcons fans on DeCoud to Carolina:
At least now when he misses a tackle it will be a good thing.Add two automatic wins to our schedule.Panties will be missing a lot of tackles in the secondary.Ha Ha, they will quickly learn what we already knowIf he only got trucked by RB's and TE's then he wouldn't have gotten nearly the hate on these boards as he did. That being said, 185lb WR's made him look like a rag doll. Luke and TD won't be able to stop all of those routes that get behind them.
Don't know why some are saying they got a good FS. Decoud was just awful last year. Plain and simple. At times, embarrassing.http://boards.atlantafalcons.com/top...s/page__st__80Mark this down as well Decoud takes bad angles and if anyone just looks like they are going to block him he cowers down and looks lost. I remember a few games he lost for this team because he did not cover his position properly. I can still see the Pittsburg Game as Decoud watcher the RB go past him he looked scared.
expecting a positive comments about a player hoping to a division rival
still cherry picking
Jeremy Graham is not going to get tackled by any player on the secondary 1v1.
As the Falcons have implemented an extremely aggressive approach, DeCoud is now forced to make things happen on his own, and he simply doesn't have those types of skills.
He can't cover, is not in the least bit physical and doesn't tackle well in space. It's hard to pinpoint exactly where he excels.

It's actually a decent article with actual proof backing it up, unlike the majority of that gets posted on there![]()
We'll just have to see. He is a good zone reader.. and that's really all we need him to do. We don't need him to make his own plays.
No Lyfe is getting this picture of DeCoud in poster size for his wall
![]()
considering no lyfe also said he loved the tiquan underwood and jerricho cotchery signings, i'm going to take this with a barrel of salt
picture screams "meow!"
