I worked with a guy, strait from Nigeria. Fat bas , extremely stupid. Ordered Chinese every day, the lunch specials for about three months. What is it with Nigerians and Chinese food? I don't know if they had a large immigrant Chinese population in Lagos, but the ones I've worked with are Chinese fanatics and most of them were marathon runner sleek.

Good question. Yeah this was the first fat Nigerian I had ever seen. And, he lost 40 pounds after he worked with us for a couple months and was still obese. Strangest thing. But, when he explained his eating habits it all made sense.

They are somewhat notoriously thrifty with their money--understandably so. I'm guessing it has something to do with the cost of a Chinese special as opposed to any real fondness of Americanized food options.

I'd throw a cheeseburger up in the air, and land a robust right hook when that fat bas exposes the chin looking up at that grease invested ball people love so much (Only if it was a man of course). Most cases--yes, don't lay hands. But what about that dude in Chicago or New York where the dude was chasing him with a machete/crowbar? The worker boxed the fool and knocked him out. I think, in certain, cases your safety supersedes your job. I mean, I'm not going to die for no fast food job.

That video Trill played, while not similar in scope, does also present a quandary: What use of force is determined too much when it comes to shoplifting? The kid did not present an imminent defense and if they would've let the kid escape, they had his backpack. Not saying shoplifting should ever be excused but to lose your life over Smirnoff Ices? That seems a tad bit extreme.

You give up your rights when you enter their place of business. It's no different than you pinning someone to the ground at your home when you catch them stealing.

Because the cost outweighs the benefit in this situation, I think that in the end, while the father lost his son--he's going to at least get a civil case ruled out against the market and the three detainers who directly led to this boy's death. There is no linkage for the three men to this store other than the notion that they are fulfilling 'Good Samaritan' laws that might be in play here.
