Green and Leonard are X-factors against every team, tbh..you can throw in Mills and Splitter in certain matchups, too..

The current Spurs are the most unique team in NBA history IMO..they no longer consistently rely on star power, especially with Tony playing so poorly this season(by his standards)..
Yeah but come playoff time that won't matter. It will be able the big 3 and Leonard stepping up consistently with a few role players going off at a time.

Mills. Of course, I'm talking now. Unlike Neal, Marco can't even pretend to play backup PG. It was pretty obvious either Cojo or Mills was going to takeover the back up PG duties. They were also aware of Mill's shooting touch and he opened eyes right out of preseason. Even in the off season, with the logjam at SG, it was assumed Belinelli was going to play some SF.
??? there was nothing obvious in the offseason, seeing how the Spurs kept DeColo and Mills has been the season's surprise. Neal was never a backup PG anyways, Manu did that for him. Beli was never intended to be a backup SF, with RC even saying during the offseason they had a huge hole on that spot. So yeah, Beli replaced Neal. That was the move. Then Pop decided to find minutes for Beli whenever possible and ejected DeColo when it was clear the team didn't need him.

I got a little sick to my stomach seeing his return to the defense, and imagining a playoff series starring it..
Well, you only have to go back to the 2013 Western Conference Quarterfinals against the LOLakers to see that, tbh... Even against the 4-0 sweep of the Grizzlies in the 2013 Western Conference Finals, the Red Rocket played nearly 18 MPG, tbh...

Bonner can be okay in certain matchups. He seems to match up okay against big guys, but is unplayable against smaller, more athletic teams like the Warriors, Thunder, and Heat, tbh...

Nonsense. The Spurs are going to need solid contributions from Green, Splitter and Diaw. Heck, you could throw even Mills in there. That's more than a few.

Like Harlem said, this is a special team right now. There's no star power. I don't think you'll see a completely crunched up (ie: 6 players) playoff rotation like most teams. It has to go easily 7-8 deep.

He's one of those stout corn-bred fed white boys. Didn't he kill the bench press reps at his combine? He holds his own against big boys, but boy if you make one twist or turn on him, his arms end up under the player almost every time somehow..even when he's holding them straight up. He might as well just play the ball, he gets the foul every other play. Go for the win red mamba! tbh..

Watching this game, I kinda think no one on either team really cares about this game at all.
