Terrible lineups, absolutely zero emotion from the players from minute one, and I'm sick of always getting owned by teams that are fast and skilled offensively....
Maybe after the first-round exit, Dean can finally put together a team that isn't 100% reliant on Quick standing on his head every night

It is the Sharks, so there's always a chance that they're ting themselves over those three goals and are gearing up for their usual chokejob, but I still think they simply let up a bit with a 5-0 lead, tbh....
After the third goal, it was clear that the Sharks woke up and started playing again when they immediately capitalized on that hideous pass from Williams
I think the Avs magic is going to run out soon.
I went to bed after the second period, when the Sharks were up 5-0 knowing the Sharks would choke somehow, wasn't surprised to hear they conceded 3 straight goals. I mean, we had to exercise our choke genes a little.

The Kings are arguably the worst western playoff team, maybe they would be favourites against wild or blues. They have only one line capable of any kind of offense, they have only one great defender (and he got injured just before the playoffs) and Quick is overrated. Is 6-3 score real difference in power between teams? Probably not, but Thornton owns Richards and the Sharks have way better depth - especially upfront. I expect the remaining games to be closer, but i would be shocked if the Kings manage to win the series - heck i would be surprised if they manage to push it to 6 or 7 games...
