letting Stepehenson shoot 18 times![]()
^^..
David West is one of the fakest s in the league, tbh..
He only s with Whites/Euros and s that are half his size..
Choke Paul and soft-ass Hibbert choking in the playoffs isn't really a surprise![]()
Brooklyn looks like the higher seed and the series just feels weird overall. BKN's very ty start to the season is to blame for this.
It's quite shocking to see them like this, tbh, even though tagging LkrFan in his Pacer jinx threads is a fun exercise. Hibbert looks like he's just gonna break down and cry in one game in this series.
Clippers

Still love when my Rob put that elbow in his back in 08
and he didn't do ..he only stepped up to Fab Oberto
..
It's too bad the Cavaliers are a bunch of ing knuckleheads b/c they could play w/the Pacers right now. Not that it's high praise or anything.
Hi Harlem, why don't you make another self-admission thread and get your main account back?
On offense, they gotta find a pass-first true PG. And they should think very seriously before signing Stephenson to a long term deal. Ever since the alleged all-star snub and the following media blow job that he got he's been playing with more stupidity / selfishness in his game.
But biggest issue is Hibbert. He wears down every year. They need to put him on a different training regimen / diet / rest regime. No 7'2" defensive centerpiece should ever average 4.6 rebounds in March and 3.2 rebounds in April. Ever.
$15 million next year
$15.5 million the year after![]()
Obv not on the same level, but you coulda said something similar about the 2010 Spurs who still won a ton of games. (Manu was the best player on that team! TOSB Tim. A Parker that the fans wanted traded to Toronto. Turd towers. RJ) They played good team ball though.
These Hawks have played good ball, it's just been VERY streaky going both ways. It's ranged from great to truly awful. You hit them while they're on a good streak and they're as good as any bottom level team in the playoffs.
Actually no. They need to go smaller and quicker.
Actually, what they need is spacing as well as moving the ball and moving off the ball.... looking at their positions, most of them, everyone without the ball in their hands is just standing around... their offense is too predictable, too iso-heavy, and too easy for playoff defenses to shut down....
Unfortunately for Indiana, their biggest problems on offense can't be solved until the offseason....
Could you imagine the level of butthurt in Portland if the Pacers hadn't matched that contract and Hibbert was pulling this in Rip City? Jesus.![]()
Too many selfish s in the Pacers. Too much ego. To make it worse, they are stupid, have low iq basketball. I called it past year.
Hibbert wouldnt be able to walk...
If the Hawks win this series, this will be an epic chokejob by the Pacers. I am a little surprised that the Hawks spanked Indy like they did. Imean yeah it's a surprise but is it that shocking? The Pacers have been fading since March and it's the East so the Hawks might just pull it off. Still very early in the series and the Pacers could win 4 in a row.
I said Teague will create mismatch based on just watching one regular season game and guess what Vogel unsurprisingly did not make adjustments
Why would you not put PG on Teague?
Vogel![]()
I didn't make my prediction in this thread but I had ATL in 7.
This next game will be the last chance Indy has of winning this series.
And Indiana wasted no time in giving back the home-court advantage it spent the entire season chasing.
"It's frustrating. It's frustrating, but it's a long series," George said before explaining he believes the Pacers can regain the upper hand -- if they figure out how to defend better. "It's just one game and that's the way we have to look at it."
That won't be easy against this team.
Atlanta set a franchise playoff record with 30 3-point attempts and matched the franchise's second-highest playoff total for 3-pointers made (11). Both were set May 10, 1996, when the Hawks were 12 of 27 on 3s in a 26-point loss to Orlando.
"I thought our ball movement was great," Kyle Korver said after scoring 12 points. "That's one of the things we've tried to play to all year and tonight it kind of worked out."
Kyle Korver could play hero ball the rest of the series, LMAO. That would be hilarious. Being eliminated by a 38 win Atlanta Hawks teams that didn't have Al Horford. That would be embarrassing.
No surprise here, the Hawks just sniffed that vag and never quit after that. Doubt Indy will be able to walk straight tomorrow.
