OKC is pretty bad considering the amount of ref help they need to overcome ty teams, it's night after night with these guys. Their peak is easily 2nd round without them.
Nonetheless, only pussies & assholes blame the officiating.

If dem bears wanna make a series out of this, this is the game they gotta win, IMO...
without the refs? sure. But the refs ain't going anywhere
If the Griz want to win this game,,,they gotta put Durant on his ass. I don't think I've ever seen someone foul him hard and knock him to the floor. It seems everyone doesn't want to hurt the golden child. You take a useless end of the bench player and tell him to knock Durant on his ass and get the flagrant and turn this series into a dogfight in a phone booth.
That's chicken . The first one who reaches for the "gun" always loses. Just put your best against him and live with the result. If it don't work out---get someone else and try again.
Nice guys finish last, my friend.
Memphis offense is bad, but it doesn't help that Perkins is actually useful only against them. But man, OKC has serious length, speed and overall athleticism. It's incredible (along with it being a visual thing with the fans sitting so close) how the court looks so damn small in the half court against OKC. They just cover a lot of space.
Wow - they called an early moving screen on Perkins
If they called even half of them he would foul out nearly every damn game.
They have BBIQ issues though.... probably their biggest weakness on both sides of the ball.
But what you suggest is anarchy, Hemi. It's borne of panic & desperation. It will yield zilch. An example,,,how Westbrook held himself in since Bev took him out. Put his basketball career in jeopardy, it's still precariously situated. I'm amazed at Westbrook's poise & restraint. Me? I'd a started at half court and ran right thru him along the opposite baseline the first time the schedule permitted. Result? .
Now of course Media won't cite Westbrook. Ain't no % in it.
The Griz actually remind me of the 2000 Pistons, honestly. An offense that struggles occasionally and gets a lot of points on set J's with a two big interior-focused defense that can constrict any team. They aren't as good man-to-man on D as the Pistons though, but the way they exhaust other teams is similar.
lololol Westbrook getting his ref protection on
If there is anything I've learned in life thus far it is this,,,,always,,,ALWAYS,,,,biggie size your meal at Wendy's and always throw the first punch. Memphis has to muddy this series up to have a chance.
That charging call that was a block by Mike Conley should pretty much tell you the outcome of the game tonight in and of itself tbh
But, you're arguing about a parking spot at Target. Whoop de doo.
I have the game on but Im not watching it. Made the kids dinner and my daughter says "daddy the refs are cheating again!".![]()
Holy , Ed Davis with maybe the block of the playoffs. HOW.
