Mchale is in denial. For any other team with Harden and Howard it COULD happen, but with Mcfail? Too many adjustments would have to be made. It's not going to happen.

Team owners shouldn't be basketball fans. That causes them to overvalue someone like McHale as a coach because he was a great player. A coach should be hired based on his coaching ability, not based on how popular or effective he was as a player.
