Dude I was looking for that post and thought it was in this thread.
Thanks to both of you!
Superuser is a pain in the ass to fully uninstall. SuperSU has the built in uninstlal that worked for me, tbh.
np, I thought it was here too but didn't find it.
I think I was successful, but out of curiosity, what is the best way to check/confirm that the phone is completely unrooted/back to stock/back to how it was out of the box/etc.?
EDIT: I guess what worries me and why I am confused is that I was following your steps in the other thread. For the second step about finding your stock recovery and flashing it with Odin…I thought it meant this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2624397. So I did what that thread said and was ready to proceed to your next step, but it seemed that finished everything lol. So I can't even proceed to your next step. I may just be an idiot.![]()

Download a root checker app from the play store
Well does it say "CUSTOM" or "OFFICIAL" now in the bootloader, or in Settings/About?
lefty- Yeah, I had done that and it was fine. But I was unrooted before and still had the "custom" coming up (which I don't now), so I was curious what other things to look for.
resistanze - It is back to "official"
Thanks again for the help guys, looks like it was a success.
No problem
Now go make us sandwiches
