I wonder if a player could refuse a trade to the Clippers on these grounds. As DPG says, it opens up a can of worms if the NBA allows that. It would be like a player refusing a trade to Brooklyn because they employ Jason Collins.
Yup - this is one of the most difficult things in life/business. It's moral v. legal. There are a ton of important issue at play that hopefully mature, educated and morally good people can address.
