    Monta was on that Warriors team too.

    I was thinking of 2010 as well. The series seems to be headed in that pattern.

    Except the Mavs didn't have a coaching advantage and came off a regular season sweep by the Warriors.

    This would be a worse choke than '07.

    my Mugen reading my mind, like the Durant momma gif. Great minds though....

    I thought of making a similar thread before the playoffs, because the thought had occurred to me. I'm just too supers ious though.

    I'll say this, Pop managed the minutes so well, I don't think Spurs were gunning for the no.1 spot like those 2007 Mavs. But still, it would be brutal and sad.

    I remember Dirk having to collect that MVP after his team was already out. I always felt sorry for Dirk having to do that. But he handled it with class.

    I wouldn't mind losing to the Mavs(in comparison to some other teams) if Blair wasn't on that team.
