Nothing wrong with equality but if there is going to be equality, it actually needs to be equality. Don't give gold stars out for diversity or being special. You have to earn gold stars in my opinion. You earn them by being good at something or having a skill or talent that employers and businesses like and want. Life is ty and sucks but you have to be thick skinned. You also have to realize that you aren't always going to get your way. Not everyone is going to like you or be nice to you. Some people might offend you or hurt your feelings. It is up to be the bigger person.

Yes, I am very biased based on how someone carries themselves. It is not based on color however. The way people dress, talk, etc. have significance.
Being prejudice is what everyone does. Racism is a specific type of bigotry which is often something else, mislabeled.
I tend to be prejudiced against people who improperly used the term "racism" once the correct definitions are pointed out. It yells me they are either being intellectually dishonest, or stupid.

For one, the European race is more biologically connected to the Neanderthals who were masters at having to innovate ways to survive the harsh Northern European winters. These are just facts, I have no dog in this race. So it shouldn't really come at a surprise that the European culture dominated in all aspects of Engineering and Technology in the modern era. I don't give a rat's ass about equality. The sooner the blacks own up to it instead of ooga booga'ing into always playing the victim card and then shooting themselves in the foot, the better.
We can make a movie called "White Men Can't Jump" or say stuff in public/on TV like "shiiiiieeeeet white boi ain't got no hops" and we're supposed to get a good chuckle out of it. However, if I were to say something like "Black Men Can't Do Math" (again, biologically and historically it has been proven why white males have dominated in the engineering industry) I'd be flogged mercifully.
I agree to many blacks play the "victim card" ...but to point at engineering as proof is asinine.
There are so many factors as to why that field may be dominated by whites especially since as someone pointed put they make up only 13% of the population.
My family is Belizean and I have 3 engineers in my family 2 that attended Texas A&M and one that got their degree at a college in Wisconsin (I forget which one).
