Kobe didn't get kicked out the league for saying got.

Cuban is all talk, tbh.... he'll cry to the league for a month if the refs miss one call against his team in a loss, but when it comes to actually changing the league for the better, he's too chicken to take a stand, tbh....
He's too busy on Shark Tank tbh...
Cuban ain't stupid kicking him out for this would mean every owner would need to make sure there's no active mics when talking bout minorities
Cuban is right. You wait for the outcry to fade, and you look at it for what it is. In reality a business owner made a comment that indicated he was a racist, but he did so in the privacy of his home (or where ever it was said, it was private). He was recorded and that recording sold (no doubt) to TMZ. Imagine someone records any of the players in their private lives talking and suddenly it's sold to TMZ. The player would lose sponsorship but there'd be no league penalty. Nate Robinson says the N word on television during a game and nothing is said or done about it. Paul Pierce throws a gang sign and he's still playing. RC Buford gets a DUI, could have killed someone, and he wasn't punished. If the league starts punishing people for what they say in the privacy of their homes, that's a problem. I can see the league protecting it's brand and telling the dude he has to sell, but it's not because of what he said... it's because of the overly sensitive sheep that seem to only care when a got or a negro is mentioned.
I've always thought that his act of pretending to care for the players, providing lavish training facilities, being overly involved, and running on the court and was all just a ruse and he was covering for some character flaws tbh...
In the immortal words of Kenyon Martin to Mark Cuban:
The only owners who are scared of setting this precedent are those with skeletons in their closets, imho.... there's a reason this hasn't even been considered before, and it's because it takes serious for the league to take your team away....
cuban and sterling are both on t he same team axis of evil of the league
getting rid of sterling means 1 less cuban supporter
I am grateful for Cuban putting together the 2010-2011 Mavs championship team but I would not be surprised if he said that to cover his own ass. No telling how many anti-Semitic things he said about Stern while Stern was the boss. Privacy does not matter anymore. Anything you say can be used to destroy even if it's in a house that you paid for and own. It doesn't matter if a tranny videotapes you and then sells the tape to TMZ. Yeah, we all get it that Sterling is a racist piece of but he has a track record of this. Why the witch hunt now? I still think it's highly possible that this is a set up by Magic Johnson or perhaps even Sterling himself. He may have planned this whole controversy to make the Clippers worth more than they are so he can sell them and make a ton of money off them.
Doing nothing and waiting for the outcry to fade means the Clippers becoming a massive financial burden on the league with no sponsors, no remaining fans (even the diehards are gone if he gets to stay), and almost no ability to attract players or coaches, as well as the NBA being known as "the league with the racist owner" (yes, he was racist before, but casual fans and non-fans didn't know or care until now)....
what a load of bull
racists support groups will have no problem sponsoring or being silent sponsors for the team...
Id be willing to bet Cuban has said similar things...Kenyon cursed him out because he said his mamma raised a thug....I can just see all the Cuban says ehind closed doors that's why he's deflecting for Sterling...if you look at Cuban's response any good lawyer will tell you he's guilty as ..you can see it all over his face as he's trying in vain and actually struggling to articulate his position..I never seen Cubes like that tbh...I knew he was suspect all along....his act didn't fool me tbh...
Cuban hates niggers just as much as he does the Lakers and Spurs. Doesn't stop him from building around Dirk with them though.
The scary thing is nobody is truly questioning on how the tapes were leaked in the first place. The masses are ignoring the fact that this man stated his beliefs in a private matter -he did not cause harm nor did he have intention to.
Suddenly everyone forgets Swowden and how he exposed the NSA for breaching citizen's privacy on all levels.
Fine Sterling 100M and let this be done with. He's not going to sell the team nor can they force him to.
actually they can...they can make the Clippers the pass through rite of passage team of the league...purge the NBA rosters by ting on the Clippers franchise....how? by making all the players Free Agents at the end of the season....CP3 and Blake gone...the only remaining players are ty players that have no other place to go...other owners will basically get to cherry pick from the Clippers best players and Clippers are forced to keep all the ty players...his ass will eventually sellJVG suggested this and the Rockets owner his in agreement with this from what I heard
his dumbass told the she could record him when they were on good terms because he was forgetting ....this has come back on him...it's his own dam fault...the did nothing illegal...it's why he wants to settle with her....![]()
I've feared it for quite some time. Mark Cuban is the wisest man in the NBA
recording for medical reason, has no business releasing confidential regarding a person health...
Actually I find it more troubling that people are openly in favor of private opinions and views being used against us in public/our careers. Something Americans constantly ridicule Russian KGB History for.
I fear 9/11 really fkd with American ideals. Being spied on "for our own safety" is accepted.
Is it a crime to have racist thoughts?
all the jews and 1% are probably lauging it off, these black clowns think they can oust a jew let alone a billionaire jew....
