    If we go with track credentials that would be John Roderick an SMU sprinter with a legit 9.3. He played for the Dolphins but did next to nothing. The fastest "great" white player was old Packer receiver Don Hutson who ran a 9.7 back when that was a great time. He was far superior speed wise than anyone else, the reason being.....no black db's.

    I'm going to ignore the SWAC/MEAC because soooooooo many NFLers came from those schools. I'm going to go with a guy who didn't even attend a 4 year school, he was out of Compton Junior College....the great Joe "The Jet" Perry....who was the all time leading rusher when he retired, he was a Niner.
