I feel like the mavs really had a great coaching advantage by having whatablair on their team. He knows this team, and that's something that doesn't get stated enough. Kind of like how the Patriots always sign a player from a team that they're about to play just to get an inside view of the team.

Carlisle is an elite coach. Up there with Pop. Plus they have guys with a lot of playoff experience. We just highly underestimated the Mavs.
