0-0 is always a ty result for the first game, away goals are huge in knock-out system
Granted alot of this depends on what offers are received.
Mandzukic doesn't fit and demands a worthwhile price. Gomez would have been more useful under Pep. Mandzukic will complain about all the time he's going to spend on the bench next season. Best to part ways now
Kroos, played well but if you keep Muller (the ultimate utility guy) then you need to open up space for Goetze. Ultimately I prefer giving Ribery 1 more season versus giving Kroos a big pay day. Essentially Kroos or Ribery need to go.
Back 4, no one is safe (Except Lahm when he returns to RB). There are already some names circling that Bayern will surely bring in.
What to do with Schweinsteiger? Pep's system is superior with Thiago + Martinez than Kroos + Bastian or a combination of both. It would be wise to sell high on Bastian but I doubt Bayern does out of respect. Especially given the uncertainty heading into next season

If Ronaldo leads Real to la decima he will win back to back Ballon d'Or awards. I figure he already knows that by now. The only way midget wins the BdO is if he wins the WC which will not happen.
Ronaldo is the Kobe of soccer TBH, he just wants to score a load of goals and win les at the same time
Kinda sucks to be his teammate TBH
Better stack up on awards til Lewandowski starts gobbling up everything at Bayern & Polska Euros '16.
Imagine how much more open these games would be if they got rid of the away goal rule.
I saw the highlights of Sevilla v Valencia. GOD DAMN Valencia got their intestines pulled out from their stomachs. Losing on an away goal in the 94th minute? That is ing sickening
Sucks for Valencia
Plus the guy who scored the goal in the 94th is the same player who scored an offside goal in the 1st leg
If it wasn't for that 94th minute goal, they would have achieved their 2nd consecutive Remuntada![]()
Kroos is 24, Ribery is 31. IMO, Bayern would be smart to keep the young up and coming star and cashing in on Ribery in his prime. I'd do the same with Robben tbh. Muller can play RM and Gotze can play LM. Kroos in the attacking mid role and there is your regular line up (and it's an all-Germany one to boot). They'll still need to fill in on depth, but if they sell Ribery and Robben they'd be flush with cash to do it.
Lahm needs to play RB, you don't think Alaba is safe?
Would be crazy to see them part ways with Bastian. Pep needs to adapt. I think Mandzukic would pair well with Lewandowski, but two-striker formations don't appear to be in vogue with Germany philosophy these days.
Oops I meant Lahm at LB. And yes Alaba is a serious asset. Defensive names I'm hearing Roma's Benatia and Atletico's Laporte (although denied today). Return of Badstuber
You wouldn't mind both Ribery & Robben out? That's quite difficult to replace without a guy of Hazards quality coming in. Although Robben is a year younger and better quality (especially it seems under Pep) Ribery is more dedicated to Bayern.
Do you think Kroos fits in with Pep? I know he was frustrated earlier in the season but maybe he gained Pep's confidence. He does posses that amazing shot but inability to cut into the box is difficult to ignore.
What other thoughts do you have?
Gonna be in Europe for second straight year for the final
