The gist of it is that two teens break into an old mans house, he sneaks around and woulds then - then executes them.
Is this pretty much the story? I look at it two ways, if you see someone breaking in at the middle of the night you freak out and use your gun. It was very moronic of these kids to break into his house, and apparently they had done it before JUST to steal his prescription pain medicine. However, I can understand killing the male as seeing a young 20 year old at night in your basement can cause that. However, shooting the girl once was enough, yes she can use a gun too, but Im sure she was screaming and panicking. No need to execute her and all that.
I personally dunno legally but the execution of the girl was excessive
Also apparently, before he shot the girl he laughed and said you're gonna die now. Yeah, this guy.
I agree his murder of the woman dictates murder 1, but I would say if he had only killed the male it would be manslaughter since he had shot to kill. I am curious why the girl didn't run out when her brother was shot, unless she simply couldn't hear the gunshots.

I can understand he was frustrated because they broke in a few times, but when you look at the picture of how young these two are its hard to imagine a scenario where the guy had time to grab the gun and kill the girl. At what time in the audio can u hear him killing her? I cant find it

Apparently he got life and it took the jury 4 hours to come to the decision. Very hurtful to hear that audio, I wonder what in God's name were these two thinking breaking into someones house and stealing anything NUMEROUS times. There's not a lot of ways that could have ended well. I am stunned at how comfortably he kills her as she screams and says you're gonna die . I really admire Sadaam Hussein for times like this, apparently if you pissed Saddam off this is just a small glimpse of what would happen. This was the minimal sentence

Its only a tragedy this guy wasnt slowly raped by every one of Kools family members for 10 years instead of the quick bombing he got.
Thats ing brutal. Man, I;m gonna have nightmares tonight. i feel so horrible, especially that audio from the female. Man, that is so sickening. This guy deserves a botched execution.
