Once again at the hands of Pop.
Once again at the hands of Pop.
Only reason we can't compare this to 6is because we didn't have a lead with 28 seconds and this didn't happen:
That's what makes 6 the worst game in Spurs history
I'm going to be at the game, and while I was hoping for series 2 game 1, I'm going to help make game 7 the loudest we've heard this post season.
Cant watch live games. I get too caught up. I usually record it and then follow the game thread here. If we win I watch it. If we dont I just delete it.
You need more than guidance....................get a life!![]()
Thats ed up tbh.
Yup. Tell me about it.
Only thing that coud top 6 would be losing game 7 of the Finals at home on a full court buzzer beater.
I used to be like that at times with my anxiety disorder so I understand but last year I made myself watch every single game and now I'm good.
Espn NBA scoreboard. Click "listen" under the Dallas-Spurs game after a popup click on Spurs.
OKC (2)
LAC (3)
Indiana (1)
Toronto (3)
all are in the exact same position, its not like the Spurs are the only team with home-court going the distance.
The only team that seemed to not let it affect them is the '08 Celtics. They got pushed to 6 or 7 games in each series. It took them 26 games to win it all.
Damn. Thats messed up
Memphis was really a top 4 seed, just that Gasol was out for a while.
Clippers are the clippers come on.
Indiana went through the biggest meltdown of the last few years.
and Toronto? LOL
the Spurs won 62 games and were up against the weakest team in the Western Conference. if that's not choking I don't know what is
You failed to mention that Dallas won 49 games in a cut throat West. If they played in the East (using their win percentage spread out to 52 games, instead of 30) Dallas would be 52-30, That would be 2 games behind Miami for 3rd.
They have the 3rd best offense in the league ahead of the Spurs and Thunder.
They are every bit as much of a false seed as Memphis. It would be an upset but not a choke job. Dallas lucked out in game 3 and we blew game 6. Thats how we are in this position.
Had it not been for Memphis blowing game 6 and the league shafting the Griz in game 7 they could have won that series.
I am a nervous F in wreck most playoff games! I used to watch the wholeeeeee game from 99-08 or so, then later on monitored the score and flipped in and out to watch it, stayed away from the boards or a chat as well! I would monitor the whole game and tune in later or from time to time, if the other team went on a run or we got up big though I would usually duck out because of nerves. We each have our own thing I guess, mine is to check the NBA.COM a few times and then tune in here and there, too nervous for whole games alot of times. I hate that fact.I did not used to have it but my anxiety gets too bad as well. I look at the score but have a hard time watching the whole game from an attack of nerves! I am like the Other guy and you in the past! I didn't used to be this bad honestly, I used to get nervous or excited but could watch the whole game. I used to scream and curse like crazy though, calmed down ALOT from the 03 days but I got more nervous later on.Memphis really BLEW game 4 honestly, they had a lead late and choked it away in the final minute when it looked like they would win. They win in 5 if not for that game.

For me Game 7 2005 wasn't enjoyable until it was over. Even then I was so doped up it wasn't that exciting![]()
I agree. Game 7s when your team is playing are almost never enjoyable unless your team is leading by 20+.and we know thats not going to happen
