I wouldn't say *all*. My daughter is 6 and is missing one of her front teeth. I mean, I guess that you never know but I'm pretty much 100% sure that she hasn't been smoking meth.
I was at a place of business recently and this very nice white lady working the register checked me out. She was really nice but I slyly and slowly turned away when she smiled as she had no front teeth at all...My first thought was immediately meth or crackhead...am I wrong to automatically assume this?

Well, you can't your experiences to described everybody else. Everybody is different. While it is true that you lost your teeth to meth, can barely speak, which is also why you use typing on here as your only medium...not everybody is like that.
There are accidents, normal tooth decay, and age. Some people start losing teeth early being susceptible to bum diseases.
