I have dated a couple of girls with them. Saline are hard and look like water balloons. Those are not fun to play with. Silicone can be done rather well and have a nice, soft and more natural feel to them. Just depends on the individual boob job in question for me.

Viets were fun too but they were mostly of the white pale kind that used tons of make-up. I don't control what a girl does when it comes to make-up or dress.
