They need a legit 9 man rotation. A revamped bench should allow the starters to play harder with out worrying about having to conserving energy. Maybe Portland makes a run at Thabo and Koufous in FA.

what you need is 2 young guys and 2 quality vets (one being a PG) to come off your bench and spell the starters. During the season you need to be able to go 10-12 deep. Then in the playoffs, your starters are fresher and can have increased minutes without being fatigued from the long grind.......and you can play an 8-9 man rotation.
