It's time to end this tonight. Put the Blazers out of their misery:

And let's rest up before (god willing) we face the Clippers in the next round

I'm thinking it'll be the biggest blow out of this series and possibly these playoffs thus far. Spurs by 29. Big four sit out the entire 4th.

Odd, I predicted Spurs-Mavs to go 4 games and Spurs-Blazers to go 7 games. Hmm..

Expecting a letdown. Our guys are not going to hit shots with the same efficiency of the last 3 games. Stott's mentioned that Batum will start on Parker, that should bother TP a bit enough to get him out of rhythm imo.

The Blazers meanwhile will shoot out of the gym, they're due for a game.

Portland will get some shots to go down tonight. They should be loose with the nothing to lose at ude. Spurs will keep it within striking distance though and take over down the stretch to sweep.

How do you guys see the inevitable match up of Batum on Parker playing out? Shuts down Parker? Portland seems to think so...

Shuts him down, no. But I bet he begins a little slower because of Batum, and Tony goes more into pass mode. (A final line closer to Game 2 with 16 points and 10 assists). I see this being the closest game, maybe even with Portland having a lead into the the third quarter, with the Spurs depth allowing them to close it out in the fourth. Something like 106 to 100.

    But, really, who knows?

    SWEEP THE LEG SPURS!
    NO RETREAT, NO SURRENDER!

I'll take plenty of pics tonight from the club level for your enjoyment. Slipps got lucky yesterday, OKC should be up 3-1 and headed home to clinch.

Amused went from being a regular season jinx to a post season hero.

    Let's go Spurs!

Even if the Spurs lose Game 4, the only real way they can lose today is if somebody goes down with an injury. Given who started the game thread, that's not entirely out of the realm of possibility.

Yea I agree, this is going to be a grind it out, hard fought game. 50/50 going into the last 2 minutes is my guess. No blow out, this time I think.

This. If Parker wants to be mentioned among the top 10 players in NBA, he's got to adjust.
Top 10, especially top 3 (as another thread suggested) don't choke off 3 #1 seeds in a row.

If Batum is put on Parker it would just allow another Spur to go off even more. The only decent perimeter defenders for Portland are Batum/Matthews. They have way too many holes defensively to overcome what SA are doing.

I think Ginobili is due for a solid game as his offense has been MIA this series.

I think Batum would get run ragged through screens, and be that much less likely to nail a bunch of threes.
