Clippers: Donald Sterling: Magic Johnson is not a good example for children

Today was part 2 of Anderson Cooper and Donald Sterling meeting up, apparently a lot more was said than simply Magic is a bad role model. In what was supposed to be him simply clearing his name just went very very wrong. He got into it with Anderson and called him a racist, said he has the plantation mentality for all this negative thinking because he made a simple comment about blacks. He also continued his rant on Magic Johnson some more and said

"What kind of a guy goes to every city and has sex with every girl? Then he catches HIV ... is that someone we wanna respect and tell our kids about? I think he should be ashamed of himself. I think he should go into the background."

But Jobs had some social sense, he could conduct interviews quite well and came off as a good guy. Sterling is like one of those people you cringe at when they start talking about family get togethers or weddings because theyre so out of touch with reality.

My best friend works in commercial property loans and he said it's stated openly, don't rent to Blacks. My black friends and their families had a higher tendency to wreck and not fix stuff "I'll sell it eventually, it ain't my problem". "Aint got time for that". The typical hood rich speech. If a friend broke something, they wouldn't take responsiblity to fix it as the home owners. Just keep telling the story of how so so broke it, to everyone who asked

There is some truth in that, but what area are these apartments? IMO its highly dependent on the quality of the people/area and not race. Middle/upper class people aren't vandalising their property. Imo

Damn right. My Mavs won it all. My Mavs eliminated both the Lakers and Heat. The Spurs did not make it to the 2nd round. My Mavs will always be the first. Superfriends can only go for the 3peat because of my Mavs. The Spurs had the chance to dethrone the Heat and make them just the 3 time defending east champs but they blew it. No parent in his/her right mind would try to look for any good role model in NBA for their kids. There're some good persons in NBA but most of them are labeled "scrub players" and overshadowed by those class-one assholes such as Lebron, Wade, Westbrook etc... Only A-list NBA player that fits both categories (good player and good person) I can think of is Dirk, tbh. Duncan was another one, but not after the gay rumors winded up around him.
