Beyond the terrible officiating, I'm officially done with this $107 million mental midget.... he put the game in the hands of the refs once and for all with his idiotic prevent offense down the stretch and his unclutch turnovers.... this was after disappearing on offense and at the free throw line for pretty much all of the first round, too....
This guy is never getting any further than the second round as anything other than a role player, end of story....

It was a mixery of choking and incompetent refs.
Not scoring in the last 3:30 minutes (excluding FT's) is a choke. Simple as that.
First TO by CP3: Choke. Stupid possession.
Ball went out of bounds by OKC. Should have been Clipper ball: Incompetent refs.
Foul call against Paul on that Westbrook 3: Choke. If you are so dumb to foul Westbrick in such a situation, you don't deserve any better. And it was a clear foul. He hit Westbrick on the elbow.
Last possession, reaching foul by Jackson: Choke/Incompetent refs. Such a reaching foul almost never gets called in the final minutes, even though it should have been. However, Paul clearly overdribbled and choked himself into this situation.
He cost his teqm the series. Plain and simple.
And they want to call CP3 the best point guard in the NBA - really? Tony Parker is so much better than Chris Paul!
He made a few mistakes, but he's the best PG in the league and he's one of the best things about the current Clips. All this "Choke Paul" stuff is ridiculous. This loss is on plenty of other guys besides Paul.
How is it not on Paul when he made a re jump pass and ran a prevent offense for the last 3 minutes? That was Game 6 Turnobili, Game 7 Christie, Game 7 Kobe level horrendous.
The same excuses are made every time he chokes

tbh I wouldn't call it choking, just Paul's carelessness finally catching up to him. He always does that stupid "let's trick the ref into thinking I'm about to shoot a 3 from beyond halfcourt!" crap when somebody is about to intentionally foul him. Sooner or later, that is gonna backfire.
And then fouling Westbrook on the 3, he always crowds the out of guys when they shoot late game 3's. I remember he did it to Curry in the first round but it didn't get called. It just all caught up to him at once
At the end of the day the Lakers dodged a couple of bullets when they didn't sign Chimp12 and CPFlop. Mental midgets and career losersPERIOD
