There's no way they're notable. Durant shoots over Kawhi with ease every game we play okc.

Not sure about the head-to-head specifically between Kawhi/Durant, but Durant is averaging 26.3 ppg on 55.2 TS% against us this year...compared to 32 ppg on 63.5% overall for the season.
