Indeed, but a lot of people doesn't know about good basketball, they just see how much a player scores.
12 assists. Good try, though.

I don't even know what this means...
It means he doesn't pass the ball to Kawhi, which is the new "Tony doesn't pass the ball to Manu"![]()

good job A 9
D- effort on the quick grades brah..
Kawhi needs to get better at cutting to the basket.
ing truth bomb
Thanks Malik Hairston / HarlemHeat87
Bare with me as I was highly intoxicated last night, did TD even play in the 4th???
this tbqfh
Bad Grade, Thanks for the effort.
Roughly 3 minutes (between 5 and 2 minutes left).
3 defensive rebounds, 3 points: 1 layup and a 3-point play off a foul by Fisher + a technical on Perkins (1/2 FT and Manu scored the technical FT).
Using quick grades to take another backhanded bashing at Manu. I guess this beats another "Manu sucks" thread.
Easily my favorite play of the game!
LOL @ the TP hate with 12 assists.
My favorite was when he dunked on Reggie Jackson.
Lol at the trolls trying to prop up these sham grades.![]()
I think Ginobili deserves a bit higher than that. He went crazy at the end of the third, and was pretty much the reason why OKC small-ball didn't work then.
Thanks apalisoc_9
When people said Tim doesn't have the fresh legs to prevent the ball-handler from getting to the rim and gets back to recover to the roll man...I just remember the pick and roll defense is a team defense, particularly against OKC -according to Synergy the Thunder rank third in pick and roll efficiency-.
Just for Pop's design or just because they forget, the Spurs didn't help from the weak side, didn't fight over the screen to take away any space, not defense on the screener...Duncan is the only guy who didn't check on the roll man? We shouldn't blame Tim for all the mistakes on PnR defense.
Not sure if he was phenomenal but was great.Kawhi Leonard...Defensively he had 3 steals and caused a lot of disruptions..He was phenomenal on KD
Some guys on ST think Leonard didn't a good job on Durant and they said -again- Leonard's defense is overrated, because KD shot 52% against Kawhi.
But those guys forget...
-Durant finished shooting 6/15 on contested and 4/4 on his uncontested shots
-he had only one FGA that was less than 10 ft from rim
-he took 5 attempts less, it means he wasn't too comfortable
-he had six turnovers
-he couldn't get his 12 free throws pg because Leonard didn't foul him.
For those guys who said Batum>Leonard before last series, and now said Tony Allen D>Leonard D... We know how that ended against Portland.
Just for the record, Kawhi's a better defender over Allen/Matt Barnes.

Thanks for the grades, tbh, keep up the solid work, my ..
I didn't agree with a lot of the grades.
I watched the game last night from my couch without getting on ptr or st because if things went south I didn't want to end up defending great players from idiots on game threads who couldn't find their asses with both hands. I actually enjoyed the game.
Not surprising that Parker got only a B grade (I forget if it had a + or - associated with it), given who was giving out the grades, but it is a travesty nonetheless. How can Parker get respect from the rest of the league when he gets so little from Spurs fans! Parker only took 12 shots, shot 50% from the field and had 12 assists with 1 turnover and he gets a B! What crap. Had he taken 20 shots people would be carping about that. Had he had a fair number of turnovers, people would be carping about that. If he made less than half his shots, people would be carping about that.
Parker outplayed Westbrook by a large margin when you take the entire game into account, and he did it with a strained hammy.
Manu had a really good game as well, and IIRC, only had one turnover.
I'm so glad that the Spurs won. They played beautifully!!
Parker or Manu could score the game winning basket of game 7 in the NBA finals, and some people would still complain about them.
Parker effectively DID score the game winner of game 6 last year when he scored that last 5 points for the Spurs with only 26 seconds to go in the game…and all lots of folks could talk about afterward was how many he missed before those clutch shots.
