I agreed with most people on this board that Duncan is well defended by Perk. Would he be able to stop 2003 Duncan? I think NO.

I became a big fan in of 04-05. I'd imagine that 03 Duncan (23 ppg, 13 RPG, 3 BPG) was the basketball equivalent to Hendrix at the Monterey Pop in '67

Duncan was 11-19 27 points in Game 1. So who was guarding him? I think Perkins was getting credit for Ibaka's shotblocking.

If 2003 Duncan pulled up in a DeLorean the league would be ed with 0 bigs with interior presence to guard Tim or make him work.

Could 2003 Duncan defend Perkins? That's the real question here.

My memory is failing me and I can't seem to remember the players that used to defend Timmy well back then. I feel like Robert Horry always did a decent job. Back in those days and it was the long athetlic guys that used to bother him a bit. These days it's the opposite, tbh
