This is it right here, to be like "I don't want her dating black guys" is supremely racist and there's no doubting that. There are many men of color that have great personalities, same with caucasians, and there's just as many ones of those that have zero character as well, such as racist, backwards-minded people.

Everyone has prejudices toward certain types of people. A lot of it comes from bad experiences by a person from a certain group. People assume that everyone from said certain group is that way. Not saying it's right or should be encouraged but it happens. It's a flaw of human's emotions and thoughts.

True. Also, some of it comes from external sources like media, family, community, etc. Some people never question or explore their own biases an prejudices. Cuban did. He should be commended, imo.
