You gotta hand it to Presti though, he basically made sure the game is sold out and ticket prices surge up![]()
Scott Brooks is a waste. He is like a deer in the headlights of Pop's Hummer.

OKC will win game 3. The NBA will make sure of it. Ain't no sweep happening that's for sure.
Good, now they can shut the up about Serge not playing
Everyone saw this coming. I'm not sure how dangerous playing on an injured calf is. I think the biggest danger is that he will re-aggravate it. Worth a shot for the Thunder, not like they can get much worse and he might even help on a gimped leg.
"He's out. Serge isn't coming through those doors."
...
"Please don't give up hope guys, please try to get this past game 4. If we pick up a game at home we promise he'll come back through those doors."
He's not going to have any of his normal speed or athleticism. He won't be able to jump to block shots, or recover on rotations, or play laterally on the pick and roll. Even his jumper will probably be affected by the gimpy leg.
In other words, he will have lost all of the assets that make him their 3rd best player.
His jersey may be out there, but I'll be surprised if he performs any better than Steven Adams has. If so, maybe then I'll start to buy into some of the conspiracy talk.
Spurfan foolling themselves if they think Ibaka won't make a difference
it will be night and day. OKC by 12 in game 3
I only ask that the best team wins...without ref help.
Serge will play 10-15 minutes and sit out the rest of the series. Book it.
Lol spur fan is ting themselves

ok i booked it. now what?
This is deflection from that video of Westbrook calling out Durbeta in front of everybody... instead of talking about that, now they're going to be talking about Ibaka...
Can't blame Presti, tbh... you gotta protect the franchise...
If this little attempt was to rattle the Spurs it won't work.
Those guys already knew this was going to happen so its not a total shocker.
Let him come back and get injured even worst trying to keep up with the speedy Parker and Leonard.![]()
Now we wait...
at people who make Ibaka sound like the greatest big man in the game today. Dude probably needs to get a contract extension with how much everyone is talking about his absence like he were Shaq or something.
It might make a little difference, but the differential in points and inside scoring is still in our favor by a long shot. I don't see Brooks playing him more than 15 minutes due to injury, knowing that he could tweak it and make it worse.
Spearchucker is gonna tear his calf open within the first 2 quarters tbh![]()
Dude's injury won't be heeled overnight though. We would have something to worry about if a healthy Ibaka came back, but never mind a still injured one. OKC fans are fooling themselves to think they still have a chance, they're getting swept anyway with or without that *![]()
Given the reported grade 2 plantaris injury and Ibaka's lessening in swelling, he does have a slight chance to play if the Thunder were to advance to the NBA Finals, though I still think reports of a possible return to the conference finals remain optimistic at best.
ESPN doctor gives his opinion likely not coming back for game 3 or CF but who the knows

I hope not. We are screwed if he does come back.
