If this game is even reffed 70-30 in favor of RefKC per par,

then the Spurs must win Game 3.

With Ibaka back, RefKC is INTERESTING again...

Which means the league will want a LONGER SERIES...

Which, as we all know, means the usual fix,

    we've seen over and over...

The more the Nation gets behind Ibaka as he's playing,

even if he has negative impact in the beginning,

    and the "heroism" involved,

    the Spurs will be screwed.

I would not be surprised if he plays 12 mins in Game 3,

    but in the announcers words,

    "energizes" the team,

and RefKC get's it's usual fake 50 fta against us,

and the same scrubs that couldn't hit water

if they fell out of a boat,

    will hit every fake freebie,

    per par.

    And ThunderRefs win by 10.

Might be moot if the officiating is as bad we've seen,

but if it's anywhere near the possible,

then this a must win game for the Spurs.

We needed to win G3 anyway to avoid the 2012 redux storylines if you're thinking along that tack.

If Game 5 has to be played, it's a Must Win. Whether it's 2-2 or 3-1. Get to 4 wins as fast as possible.

I will be interested to see the line for the Spurs. As of now, OKC is favored by two points. If Ibaka is actually cleared to play and the line moves more than that, IMO, I will bet on the Spurs.

I think the Spurs win game 3. They are playing so well, they are rested with these days off and POR GM3 in addition to hearing Ibaka "might be back" probably has them pretty damn focused.

Read my mind... playoffs have been a to bet, especially the 1st round, this might be a solid opportunity

I'd attack him early and often don't shy away from it.. Test him and make him move and cut and react on D the whole first half.. Keep playing the same way don't change anything..

Game 3 is not a must win. No series is ever a must win if you're up by 2 games. 3-1 going into game 5 is not a must win. 2-0 isn't either. even 1-0 isn't a must win, good teams can steal the HCA back on the road.

i just know there is no way the spurs let off the gas pedal just because they're up 2-0. if they lose game 3, it won't be for lack of effort

Regardless of what happens in 3 and 4.....Spurs must get #5. Unless, of course they win 3 and 4......unlikely tho.

That would assume OKC wins both. Remember Memphis beat them twice and Clippers once and choked another away. Even if the refs are home cookin' the Spurs depth counter acts most of that. Leonard had 3 fouls in 15 minutes of action and the Spurs still bent over OKC.

Exactly. Especially if Ibaka plays. If he plays and they lose, it will cost he and his agent millions.
