Four quarters as in the last one in each win to take a series--four.
Defense wins championships. Hoping ours goes into lockdown mode.

Miami is obviously a solid defensive team. But let's not put the Bobcats without Big Al, Brooklyn, and the Pacers in the same class as the Spurs offense tbh
All 3 of those teams are worse than Memphis on offense, and the Grizzlies were by far the worst offensive team in the West playoffs....
we have a winner
Exactly what I said in the game thread... If Miami starts the game playing like I don't see them making a comeback against this Spurs team.
That's the spirit old chap.
The Pacers are a team of wusses. I never seen so much head shaking, and bad body language havin in a team in my life. And that was when they still had the lead! Bird must want to smack em all. The Spurs wont wilt like these flowers no matter what the outcome.
You say that like you're facing the Thunder and Heat yourself. You cannot even make child support payments.
Yeah and last year should prove it, they should have won those finals and they know it.
Pacers played lazy undisciplined ball fck them
The Pacers just like the Nets are a quality team. The Heat just have too many superstars along with too many great shooters and role players. I feel bad the Spurs will come short one more time. But that is the way life is. Once the Heat made that super team, the rest of the teams didn't stand a chance. Except for the Mavs which got lucky due to Chandler. And if that same Mavs team played the Heat again, I'm sure the Heat would win the next 4 times.
At least as good as yours. At least the Spurs didn't embarrass themselves by only taking one game and letting their PG score 44pts in the final game.
The Pacers aren't a quality team. They run the clock down with no options more often than they should. They have 4 decent guys on the floor playing one game, and one wannabe superstar playing his own game. They have a PG who cannot penetrate, cannot dish and over-dribbles the ball deep into the shot clock. They have a big who's a mental midget. I watched them several times tonight afraid to outlet the ball to a breaking teammate, choosing to walk it up instead and eat the clock and eventually get off a poor shot at the buzzer. That's not going to fly. If they were in the West, they'd be out of the playoffs already.
brah...

Let's get past the Thunder first.
We just hope Danny Green goes lights outs again. Otherwise, we are in trouble.
True. I'm not sure we can get through. We were lucky Ibaka was out. Ibaka would've been OKC's version of Tyson Chandler.
If the Spurs reach the Finals, they better hope the big salaries show up more than they did in the 1st few games last year where the role guys were required to have record setting performances just to get wins. No Turnobili, no Enrique, no shooting slump Tim. They need to be firing on all cylinders, burying the Heat in in the first half. Take the 1st two at home, should be able to get one in Miami, but no way the Heat go down without a fight (from them and the refs/league). It's going to take solid performances and Pop has to not try to inject himself into the game so much.
Jesus Christ. What a defeatist got. Stop posting, you're bumming me out.
I remember Spursdaone having some kind of shtick a couple of years ago but I forgot what it was. It was probably being a pussy, I forget.
Spurs match up very well with Miami, tbh, and everybody knows I'm a Lebron -rider that always picks the Heat..
I'd be very surprised if the Spurs didn't dominate the series, I think they will win in 5..the Heat are a 1-man team(although Wade has looked great lately, unlike last year) with some players that are finished(Allen, Battier, Haslem) and a tired squad due to a 4th straight Finals run..
Not scared of Miami, tbh. I respect them though.
The Spurs have HCA this time, the revenge factor, and our team is better than last year's.
Having an IQ of 20 is not a shtick.
