I refuse to call ray Allen done... He's doin what he's been doing since he got to the heat. He's the main reason they pulled away late today, not that they wouldn't have found a way to win anyway
Not too many realists around here I see. Well sad days are coming soon. Be ready.

These people call themselves a spurs fan xD
I've been on ST a long time and this is the most legitimate ducks post I've ever seen/read.
I love how SpursTalk has evolved to the point of where everyone finally understands ducks.![]()
These are the 2nd era of halcyon days, Spurs Fan, live it up.
Op,we are hanging up another banner.
There is the door. Please kindly see yourself the FO.
You're missing "th".
On the one hand, it seems like the 2014 Heat are basically capable of playing one good quarter a game, and that this will be enough to get them out of the East.
On the other hand, you could say that for as long as Lebron has been in Miami the Heat have basically played to the level of their opponent for 3 quarters then beat them in the last 7 minutes. I can't count how many Heat games I've watched that seem close for 3 quarters and then come crunch time it's like, "Oh yeah, turns out the Bulls/Celtics/Nets/Pacers can't score".
And these posts are examples of your opinion and takes on the issue?
Gee, how intelligent and mature.
Go back to the Bulls, they are par for your course tbh.

Uh oh looks like I got your butt all hurt. You gonna follow me around now brah? Don't neglect your other 20 message boards![]()
More idiotic "reaching" to justify your ignorant perceptions?
You're the one trolling people here, not me!
I am just observing your lack of intelligent remarks and noting how immature you are.
It is what it is, not what you "want" it to look like.
So take some responsibility for a change and place the blame for your inadequate and immature takes and ignorant baseless assumptions squarely on yourself, and not on me or others.
You are laughably stupid IMHO.
If you want to falsely interpret my laughing at you due to your ridiculous and shallow reasoning as me "melting down", then that just goes to show how deeply and thoroughly confused and foolish you truly are!
Again, your fault, not mine!

It's foolish to not take the Heat's role players seriously.
The Spurs should know this firsthand after Ray Allen buried a huge 3 after being a non-factor through most of the series and then Shane Battier having a huge night in game 7 after not even having as much as a pulse through the first six games.
I expect Norris Cole to be a lot better than the player who was so ineffective that Eric Spoelstra gave him minuscule playing time late in the finals.
Miami's defense is pretty average. They can turn it up at times, but the Spurs are smart and skilled enough to overcome it. And frankly, the Heat have played three offensively-terrible teams. Of course Miami will look good when playing against such offensive ineptness.
I agree, but if the Spurs play their ball sharing game this time around, they should win it all, they are better this year than last and the Heat are not as good as they were last year IMHO.
The Spurs are no slouch defensively either tbh
I agree, the Spurs, on both sides of the ball, are much better than they were last year, and also better than the Heat IMHO.
I was just commenting that only a loser would belong to 5 message boards, let alone 21

The Spurs are a better defensive team than Indiana. The Pacers might have a stronger defensive iden y, but the Spurs have better talent on that end. What's more is that all three of the Spurs' best defenders are two-way players who can score in bunches, but none of them need a high usage rate to do so. So they get to save their energy for defense while also consistently chipping in 35-50 points. The Spurs are the only team in the league with that type of balance.
And this further shows how idiotic, foolish, and ignorant your "comments", and thus You, are!
It is what it is.
You should stick to something you are good at, commenting on message boards not being one of them tbh.

Good opinions...will take them to tha bank
To quote former Vikings coach Dennis Green: "No one can beat us if we play like we play when we play".
Well, you could say that the spurs have played 3 defensively terrible teams too - 7 games vs bad Dal defense, vs POR and OKC without Ibaka. The free-flowing, beautiful ball movement will suffer under Miami's perimeter pressure defense. Manu - be careful. Pop needs to practise breaking the pressure, advance the ball quickly and score against them.
I like that quote.
Those lazy Heat playing "just" 4 quarters.
I thinks he meant "4th quarters"
Spurs are better than last year, but Wade is a lot healthier than last year too. If it happens, Heat-Spurs II will be an epic series.
