It is ungodly hot out here and we're not even in Summer yet. Got to 137 degrees last year and chances are we'll exceed that this time. I already look emaciated despite the 6000 calorie meals they serve. I'm moving to a cold weather climate when I get back

Beth Parks of South Carolina DMV said the employees at the Anderson DMV followed policy. She said in Aug. of 2009 the policy was updated to say, "At no time will an applicant be photographed when it appears that he or she is purposely altering his or her appearance so that the photo would misrepresent his or her iden y."
