At some point the losing streak in OKC has to end. Get physical with the Thunder and they can be rattled.
Not the first game. Spurs margin of victory in that was 17, the thunders two wins were 9 and 13 adding up to 22

Get Game 6!
Brooks has one more adjustment left
The best shot he's got is playing small. But he can't play Durant at the 4 cause Diaw will post him up too much. So he's got to put in Sefolosha to guard Diaw. This way he can keep Ibaka in the paint to guard Duncan or Splitter. The only move Spurs would have left to counter is to play without both Duncan and Splitter and have Diaw play Center. He's banking on Pop not making that move.
Scott Brooks starts:
Ibaka - Sefolosha - Durant - Jackson - Westbrook
vs.
Duncan - Diaw - Leonard - Green - Parker
The foot is on the throat. Go for the kill on Saturday.
they beat us by 9-13 points at home with record breaking FTs but we destroy them by 17-35 points we we are at home. there is a distinct difference in the type of dominance spurs wins have vs. the thunders wins.
spurs just have the more destructive victories, and somethings gotta give, long series, wearing down the thunder and spurs have HCA. I say the thunder dont want to win two in a row vs spurs and throw in the towel if we apply ANY pressure in game 6.
Sefolosha has 0 chance of stopping diaw in the post my friend and besides that he cant score to save his life...
yea diaw destroys that matchup with post ups all night
Manu showed up tonight in a win. This means he will be MIA the rest of the series. Unless he has a clean shave. He seems to play better like that. More aerodynamic.
yeah, that was a desperation move by Brooks to play his starters that long in game 4. He knew if he put his bench in, Spurs could've taken it there.
This could still go to 7. I expect the FTs to be insane, per the par, in OKC. If the league is going to the Spurs over again in OKC, then they just need to stay as healthy as possible, keep utilizing the bench as effectively as before. Wear the Thunderefs down, war of attrition style. Durant already looks less energetic.
That is so true but, the Spurs are very soft they don't play physical, I really wish they would
I think that shows who the better team is. Same thing happened in the Finals. I think our margin of victory in wins was higher.
holts been loving the long series, if the thunder fold in game 6 take it, but i bet the spurs org would love a game 7 revenue and the league would love another game for the storyline, ad time, branding, and ticket/merch sales.
It would be sweet poetic justice to have Game 6 be the game in which the Spurs finally win in that building again. My gut says we're back here for Game 7 though. It's highly reassuring that the Spurs have at long last out together a resounding, crushing win WITH Ibaka on the floor for OKC. Hopefully that reminds Parker and others that they don't have to be invincible in the paint. Pop's rotation craziness tonight and the offense they ran took Ibaka out of the equation and the Spurs penetrated almost freely. That's a good sign, but OKC is a monster at home.
This IS GOING to 7
LBJ fouled out in like 1 quarter to prolong the ECF series
Youd be a fool to think something similar wont happen in OKC.
But yes I agree with the others, our dominance at home is greater. I have good faith in game 7 win
He's already had two good games this series.
They were gassed by the third quarter. Scott Brooks is running his horses....lets hope WB jacks up his leg again
Scary...
There is nothing scary about this sport and this series.
This is what is referred to as fun. Entertaining.
No one is after your precious bodily fluids.
Well yeah, I wish they would, too. This isn't a "tough" team, so to speak. But by getting physical I mean trapping a player, doubling up, forcing a turnover, etc. It's not fouling hard or knocking a player down. Spurs are too methodical for that. Seeing that the Spurs starters have rested all fourth quarters I think they can muster up enough energy in the first half of Game 6 to rattle the Thunder enough to put them on their heels.
If Thabo plays, then no adjustments are needed on our end since we get MVParker back
I just think the thunder were gassed. They've been playing a lot, and it showed.
Learn to read, please. For context. Comprehension.
I was stating a fact. So he didn't have two good game's?
Give it up against that got. His skull is thick as .
We still in very scary position, Thunder still have 2 of 3 best players in the world and they still can take over the series and win it with game 7...
