Got so motivated from watching him play at this age, I have been trying to improve my shape for the summer and would love to follow my idol's diet habits.

"But now, he’s starting to eat wheat bread and chicken only, no mayonnaise, no mus , none of that.”
    - Bruce Bowen

Anyone know more details about his diet? I don't mind eating this kind of food but no condiment on chicken/bread sounds pretty tough . . .

I would guess that it's not cheap, and probably involves a personal chef/die ion.

but if it's something relatively simple, I would like to know too

Obviously, I am just hoping I can replicate some of that success from say, Subways or realistic means.

I mean, you can get Subway oven roasted chicken on whole wheat bread with veggies, which would match what Bruce described as the Duncan diet. It tastes pretty awful but it is healthy other than the quality of the chicken itself.

High calories + packed with sodium + poor macro ratio + waste of grocery money..

Duncan actually eats Mexican food, however he limits himself to 1 meal a day and drinks unsweetened sweet tea. He also eats small portions and lifts weights once a day for 20 min only. Takes very hot long showers to relax muscles. At night before going to bed he drinks red wine, very small portion. In the morning he drinks half a cup of Oj.

Timmy also mentioned on an interview I saw awhile back and how he often eats blue berrys with peanut butter and thin white bread.

Try googling Bruce Bowen and cheese for a link. He's where I heard it from.

Are you 7ft? Then i suggest you follow your own diet rather than one that may not suit you. Also, bball athlets probably have the worst diets out of all sports south of sumo tbh
