The woman is obviously crazy and the dude with the camera is obviously baiting her . . . but I don't know what happened prior to make this an issue. How did he "scare" her kids? Those poor ing kids . . . they are going to grow up to be ty adults.

Obviously had he said or done anything to legitimately offend her she would have mentioned it...obviously he did nothing to offend her except be black on a day she's having a bad morning.
